It is sad, when your competitors have to start selling the same product as you do; to try and get some of your customers. Hope they fall flat on their face..

Have anyone else had this?

Please share...

If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

If it were not for competitors, who would we steal business from? Everybody is somebody's current customer unless they are a new start-up.

What is truly sad is that the manufacturer allowed it in the first place.

We're very brand loyal. Unfortunately our territory got 'overlapped' to cover another territory when the dealer there sold to another manufacturer.

The new dealer that was picked up had other brands and sadly made more push to sell those brands anyway.

Then there's the whole KM/Copystar thing...
When are they going to do away with that nonsense and just make it all what it really is - the SAME THING....?!?!?

Relax? When?!
