Watch out for user kmtech as he is a ripoff artist. He will sell used junk that does not work then change his phone number and not call you back. I purchased a machine and service contract from him and he has not gotten back to me. You can contact me for proof if you would like. His email is dis@me.com and he goes by Chris Menera but his real name is Juan Christian Menera.
This same exact thing happened to us. We are a non profit organization helping the elderly. We found him on craigslist.He(Chris Menera) ripped off a charity. Did you ever get your problem resolved? would like to hear more about your situation. We are fuming mad
Add another to Chris' hit list, he said he shipped us some used parts that we needed, and we overnighted him a check. (Damn, I am still an idiot!) He never sent them.
Some of the other names he is known by are: Digital Imaging Systems Advance Digital info@copier4me.com &apos Copier Expert&apos (why did I not read this before sending the check????)
He needs to be stopped...This is obviously a pattern with him...I say we take him and his "company" down. Hmmmm I wonder if he has filed his taxes. Did anyone get his tax ID #
The problem with Craigslist is that he can be anyone. Fake tax ID, fake name, you name it. The best thing to do is NOT to buy anything from that site. Only deal with reputable channels, if a deal looks to good to be true.....

Can add us to list of being ripped off by Chris Menera at DIS. He responded to me on here looking for a Fax M. He sent a bad one to us after we did a bank transfer to him. Should have known something up when won't do credit card or paypal. He said would send another, but has been months and nothing. I hope karma catches up to him in a big way someday. If anyone deserves it this low life certaintly does !

i bought a fax from chris menera(i did not know his reputation at the time of purchase...) thinking that paypal was a secure way to pay as they say all over the web.... WRONG!!!
Never buy something with paypal thinking that Paypal will refund for incorrect orders items that never arrives!! as they say on the paypal web page...

Good Luck! we took him to court along with another person he ripped off and we both won our case. (he never showed up)He still has not paid us. We know of 7 different people/business he has done this to. But please continue to file charges. He needs to be stopped. We are a non profit organization that helps low income seniors and he is heartless. I hope others see this before they do business with him. We are now stuck with a machine that will cost more to fix than the purchase price. (we are charging him storage fee of $10.00 a day until he pays. Could get pricey for him.
ALMOST GOT THE HOOK FOR 1050.00 for three fax sys M's before reading this post and something sounded familiar. I literally stopped the office manager from paying the invoice after readiing this post. New email claudiamenera@gmail.com is where they wanted me to send payment. Didn't realize this was the same group. Kopier Sales <info@kopiers.info> is the original email I contacted him on. Pay with a credit card so you can dispute charges.
