Does anyone have a recommendation on a Kyocera or other tabloid printer that can run (5K month) envelopes without wrinkels?

the HP4300 series works pretty well. I haven't found a Kyocera machine that handles envelopes to any degree of satisfaction.

It seems the fs-1128 does OK
