Saw a email stating from Kyocera Corperate...

Due to Swine Flu, Japanese trip slated for may 16-23 is now postoned for 3 months.

Great, couldn't change for having a kid, but can change for swine flu pandemic... hahaha what a joke!!!

Life is extremely cruel and funny at the same time. Good thing my TV doesn't get the Swine Flu!

Doedee316 won the US competition, 313ZD came in second, and I was third. Somehow I ended up with the trip to Japan. I don't think the European winner posts here.

See you in a week!

Congratulations on winning Doedee316! Its too bad that you won't be able to make it on the trip though.

Thats awesome that you managed to get the trip after all Aragul! congratulations on that. I think going to Japan will be quite a culture shock for me, but I am very excited nonetheless! See you in a week!

The trip was awesome. I wish I could stay in Japan.

I've got some pics and movies up at http://picasaweb.google.com/aragul with some nifty captions. I've only gone through day 1; I should get the rest done this weekend.

I can put higher quality versions of the movies up elsewhere.

Thanks for the uploads, can't wait to see the rest. Wish I'd known the trip would have been delayed or you'd be looking at my pics LOL!

I thought the crush test was funny. If KM wants a REAL crush test they need to come to the US and send them through Saia Freight. Those guys could break an anvil in 5 minutes!

Good job on the photo's. Glad you guys had fun, as techs we are not privy to a lot of perks, glad to see KM is throwing you hard working techs a bone, you deserve it!
