Does anyone out there know if there is a place to get a KM-C3225E laser unit repaired? We have one that just the magenta isn't printing, and I'm not crazy about spending $1300.00 on a new one. Thanks for your help.

Our usual sources no longer repair these. Makes you wonder why they quit.

I can remember a day on the sharps when I could just order the polygon mirror motor and install it myself. Not sure why the Kyocera's make you buy the whole laser unit.

I called Ambassador Tech about this. That unit was not on their list but they agreed to take a look at it to see if they could help me out, (above and beyond if you ask me). I'll let you know what they come up with.

Ambassador Tech came thru BIG TIME. They found some loose mirrors. Works great

yeah but the price of sharp parts made it happen
