After the last ten questions you proposed to your field rep. A "10" rating would be ie.the rep. knows exactly what your talking about and you would be answered with your fix before you finished your question. A "1" rating would be a statement of I haven't heard of anyone else having that problem followed by an aimless statement that is not going to help you with your current problem. No names please although region I feel will add to study results. If this is against site rules I apologize and please remove it ASAP. In the last Ten questions I proposed to my field rep. I rate him a "8" NE. Region

Very good in the Midwest, nice guy and if he does not know the answer he does his research and responds back to you. I guess I will give him a 9.5.

I don't like to be the rah-rah boy for any company but, I have seen and talked to both the service and sales reps and they have been here more than any other reps from other OEMs. They have done in one year what others failed to do in 10 years. I give our rep(s)a 10. NW region. Ben

Honestly I've never met him. It's been 6 months since they let Phil go. He does respond to my emails (not as quick as Phil did). Let's say 6. =^..^=

I don't think I have one any more. Used to be Chuck G - he was great. He move to MPS side.

I think we had one for a week or so but I think he's gone.

Fortunately Chuck still answers my calls.

Our Rep has been around a L o n g time and if he does not know the answers, He has great resources of those who may have had a similar issue and a knowledgeable Regional Manager that will keep questioning New Jersey till an answer is found.

I am pleased, and a little amazed. I was ready to rate my Rep a plus 10 before I had read anyone else's comments. I fully expected to be alone in my high rating, yet it seems eveyone so far has nothing but high praise for their Rep. Sounds like the other regions are being supported as well as we are out here......oh yeah, need to be anonymous.
