Just a heads ups guys on new units, if you are getting intermittant jams, check the shift gate in the exit assy, the solenoid that fires that gate binds up on the silver plate that it is mounted too.

taking plate out and filing out the hole for plunger arm to move without binding

One of the 3 screws that holds the mounting plate. Loosen the one right next to the oval hole the solenoid arm goes though. Loosen just a hair bit.
