found out Kyocera Copystar went email only on invoices? but the broadcast email went to junk mail. Life is good. | ||

When it first started, I just clicked "Not Junk Mail", and then they are not tagged as SPAM. Do you have that option from right-click? =^..^= | |||

yes I did that now, after a not so diplomatic call asking when they could get payment>? payment on WHAT? I had to go to KM-account and print them out,,, But not getting them in the mail should have been something they MAILED to us telling us to look for them. When they change their mailing address for checks they sent that via mail. I was trouble a high tech company was not even aware broadcast email is often filtered out as spam... When I have a good customer who never misses a payment and then they out of character do not pay,,, I always call assuming the invoice was lost in the mail, or the check was lost in the mail. AND lost mail does happen more than I like. They need to realize they made a UN-announced change and did not make any attempt to help the dealers make the transition I realize this is a error of lack of knowledge on the A/R department of KM.. And still over all rank KM-Copystar high next to other OEMs I dealt with. SOMETIMES LOW TECH RULES, Life is good. | |||

my post was more a heads up than a gripe everyone should look in their junk mail folder once in a while Life is good. | |||

Yak - that is what happened to us as well. I was unsure since I have a new office manager that may have overlooked the notification (or though perhaps it came before she started). It's nice to know she didn't screw up. I understand KMA's desire to reduce costs - postage is certainly out of control (and I'm sure printing costs are nothing to sneeze at either). Relax?
