Had to deal with a customer that is truly bipolar and is not on medication for it. When she gets in her polar or bi state its time to leave the office and come back when her polar or bi is back to normal. The other two ladies in her office are as dumb as a box of rocks. If they ever do a remake of the three stooges and want to make them ladies. These are the three you would want to use. Makes for a long fnnnnn morning.

Man, don't we all have these. I just left a municipal clerk's office with a brand new TA520i. She was doing a job and was not satisfied with anything about it. The file was too big, the pages were upside down. She didn't want to listen to the answer about a question she had asked. Fortunately, the sun was shining and all the other jobs I needed to do in the building had relaxed and cooperative people who were glad to see me. Can you say "Excellent Customer Service" three times very fast?

I always love when they 'ask' you a question like that, but their real intent is just to complain.

We used to have a dispatcher that was bipolar (or split personality or something).

You never knew when you walked in the office if you were going to get the nice one or the mean one!

Relax? When?!

Our tech rep tells us of a story where there was a bipolar technician for a company, they had to let her go because the customers were scared to death of her when she was in her polar state.

The lady I mentioned earlier apologized to me the next day. She was just having an off day I guess.

I call mine Floe, Shirley, and Mary. They are bugging me to fix everything in their office that has nothing to do with the copier or our software.
