I scored 90. Last year I got a 94.

For some strange reason I really enjoy that test. I guess because it shows me my weak points (imaging theory and circuits), and no customer or boss is going to care if I completely mess it up

gazoo..bud..sorry i miss this important post...as always im lookin forward to take the well deserve crown from doodee ...but is not that easy...ill be honest to u ,its time consuming & it requires a lot of effort on our part...that is why ...i give doodee a lot of credit for his win in 2009...maybe i decide to get in @ the last minute if i find out webe is in "the game"...LOL!any how..wish everyone the best of luck...

Word is, over 40 techs took the test so far and only 3 got 80 or above.

I plan on taking the test next week, if time permits.....

I got and 80. I felt it was harder this year.

Was there many questions on Hypass? What did the questions focus on?

Passed, Should have took more time on it. You boys are coming in with higher scores than last year. Remember, it get quite a bit tougher, the higher you go in the competition, Regional=No Notes test. Nationals=essay. Be prepared and afraid.........

Just took THE test. Got a 94. Stupid network question and hurry up bone head mistakes. 55 minutes comes fast. At least it's better than last year.

Strange goings on with the test on my end. Opened the test in Firefox, as I always open KMA Connect. I get a message that I have to take the test in IE. So I load up in IE and I get the message that I have already taken the test.

I call Dallas, they fix it, I take it again, 40 minutes. When I hit submit I am told that my password is incorrect, WTF? I reload the test after verifying that my password does indeed work. Again I get the message that I have already taken the test.

Ok, I'm done. I got second place last year and I'm happy with that. Good luck to all, brush up on technical pubs for current models and basic trouble shooting skills.

Also, make sure if you use a computer that other techs log onto IE, that you totaly exit IE before logging on to KMA. If not, when you log onto KMA and access ONLINE Training, you will access the previous techs info. At least with IE 7.

The last day is vast approaching.... Tomorrow is it, i sure hope all has done well and may the best TECH win.
