Actually DT I don't know what happened to Dan, although if anyone has harmed a hair on his perfectly pointed head i will be VERY angry . And, unlike you I have only small luv for kyo at the present. My personal opinion is that the task alfa has been a major stumbling point for the progress that they had made with some of the previous models. I am imagineing that dan said something controversial and the person who signs his checks got a nasty-gram of some type. Hope everything came out for Dan, if not let me know (hint, hint, hudge, nudge) Let's tell a well known truth about MITA, they've never been THE top copier mfg. company, though they have had a few good years, and if we are going to get in trouble for telling the truth, well then we have lost the reason that this forum was created.

I think KM would keep a closer eye on the reselling of parts/accessories and the aftermarket cabinet/toner companies that advertise here. Not privately employed technicians blowing off some steam.
Thats is why I do not hide my idenity. I do not say anthing that is not true. If anyone manufacture or person does not like what I say then tough sh**. When a company has a issue and they want just pretend that there is none or tries to cover them rather that admit and fix, then there is a serious problem. Saying they are too proud to admit is wrong.

WeBeJammin I agree they sell there product to these wholesalers in some cases all the way up to the 50 ppm. I buy from them as they are 1000's cheaper in some cases and then kyo frown on you because our #'s arent where want them. I cant help buying from a wholesaler that is 30 mins from my office and I can buy it $1000.00 cheaper and can go get it with no shipping costs. hey arn't we in a ressession?
