Hey I saw Keith using a screw driver on the training video! Hah the new machines at least wont be snap in units. The little ones came out and Hey! they said it will only take you 10 min. to do a PM! You dont even need a screw driver to work on it. We will see how THAT goes. Heh

Just upgraded an 8030 on a lease with an 820 and now the customer says they want high speed color! I guess they're going to move the 820 somewhere else.

well, I'm impressed with the new line of machines so far. Most of the accessories will match up to all of the new machines. All the pm counts are at 600k and the fusers are at 300k.
