Put new paper in the machine. If the paper feels hot, it is the mositure (steam) comming out of the paper. Of course clean all fan filters and thermistors.

What model machine? Like Mark B said: clean the filters.....

Have not seen any of these new models, but I remember on the falcon series they had extremely restrictive filters. Maybe fan exaust is restricted on these new models by those filters as well, pop them out and see if that helps.

LOL... good one. Saves on running the furnace in the winter time.

Dummie: Sorry haven't seen the 620-820 yet, but it's the same as a 6030/8030...
