Has anyone put any of these little color MFP's out yet? If so, are they performing? Do they seem well-built? The customer is looking at a few of these, each running @60,000 per year/ 10,000 color. Do you think these can handle it?

Just installed 2 units. The copier is bassed on the FS-C5400 color printer which is a pretty good box. Time will tell. I think the stated yields on the toner are a bit overblown though.

Gazoo - Did the FS-C2026/2126 come with starter toner, like other printers? And is the ADF similar in design to the CS-1820 feeder? We have sold only 1 or 2 of the 1028/1128 models, I am guessing the feeder might be like the ones on those models.

We have not sold a FS-C2026 yet, but we have sold alot of FS-1128, and are selling the FS-3140, both have the same feeder and it seems to work well. We have a couple of accounts with FS-1128 that have over 100,000 and still run well. It is nice to have a reliable machine that can fit into tight spaces where they do alot of volume. Now if we only could get Kyocera to be a little more reasonable with thier toner prices.

Yes they come with starter toner. Half yield. I believe the feeder is the same slike you mentioned. I do not have one in the shop at the moment to look.

Nice to hear these are running well. We have a bunch of the FS-3140MFP units out and they seem to be fine. Too bad KM couldn't have put a decent touch screen interface on them...would be even more saleable

We have sold about fifteen units since these devices have been released in Australia, we have had two with laser failures (apparently this machine is based on the FS-C5300DN engine and they had laser issues as well). I would recommend keeping a machine in your showroom just incase a laser fails. Other than that issue, we love this machine and think it is going to be a big hit!

Any of you guys having trouble with Black text in either color mode? All the machines we have unboxed have terrible black text in either color modes. Black text is great in black mode. We have upgraded firmware.

When you say terrible, do you mean fuzzy? Did you perform registration detail adjustment?
