| The 3500i/4500i/5500i require 2 GB memory for the dual scan doc feed to work properly.

| Do they offer a warranty if it doesn't work or you have problems with it? This looks great, but I want to make sure if there are any issues or problems they stand behind it. Would be open to make switch if they will stand behind it. |

Imaging god

| We should probably start a thread in the 'Heads Up' forum for compatible memory. I can't tell you how many times I've been burned by memory places that just identify memory, find a cheap substitute and then multiply the cost from 3 to 50 times the going rate in the computer world. Also - posting prices may help us to keep some of these guys honest. I needed some RAM for the FS-C2126's and got a price from a place trying to get me to buy from them, but when I needed it I called the guy I usually did business with and asked for a quote - his was MUCH higher until I asked why it was so much higher.
Relax? When?!

| We setup a DP-771 the other day and there was memory with the dp that we added to the main board. All the dual scan features seemed to work. am I missing something? |
