The 3500i/4500i/5500i require 2 GB memory for the dual scan doc feed to work properly.

Do they offer a warranty if it doesn't work or you have problems with it? This looks great, but I want to make sure if there are any issues or problems they stand behind it. Would be open to make switch if they will stand behind it.

We should probably start a thread in the 'Heads Up' forum for compatible memory. I can't tell you how many times I've been burned by memory places that just identify memory, find a cheap substitute and then multiply the cost from 3 to 50 times the going rate in the computer world.
Also - posting prices may help us to keep some of these guys honest. I needed some RAM for the FS-C2126's and got a price from a place trying to get me to buy from them, but when I needed it I called the guy I usually did business with and asked for a quote - his was MUCH higher until I asked why it was so much higher.

Relax? When?!

Bate stamping is a numbering process where a attorney has to number each document to be filed in the court system instead of having to do it by hand. The hand method is with a machine that looks alot like a old pricing stamp for a grocery store. uses ink and is messey and time consuming

We setup a DP-771 the other day and there was memory with the dp that we added to the main board. All the dual scan features seemed to work.
am I missing something?
