Do the 49's still have a Pro team or are they playing the arena football?

I just heard today they traded their quarterback for two footballs and a custodian.

Question on team fan ethics:
If you move to a new state that has a Pro Team can you switch to being a fan of that team w/o being a traitor?

Beware of what you are becoming while on the road to what you want.

Greetings Gentlemen, As there is at this point no NFL franchise willing to relocate to the "backswamp", we are made to suffer the Panthers, skins, or falcons.
I remain unable to support inferior oranizations, sport or otherwise. So, me thinks I will watch college football, and not much else. Prop's to all you suffering NFL homies; keep pulling for your teams, and f the ones who are incapable of having passion for most ALL.
reguards, John

Lukenobody answered my question, I moved clear across the country to escape the 9'er fans and the silver and black attacks( i am a true Raider Hater), and since the Rams left California I have been a man without a team, although I did share in the Joy of the Superbowl win in 99. I guess I'll keep true to my team and hope they Ram it home in 09, (10 years is a long time to watch your team slide back into old patterns of -500 seasons) so...
GO RAMS!!!

Hey, I was a Bears fan until moving to Indiana. I had no problem switching to a Colts fan, since the Bears truley sucked. I'm still a Bears fan at heart and will always root for them. Although when they met in the Super Bowl, I was rooting for the Colts all the way...
