Dummie,
you could be wrong here. My rep told be it is common that they are not trained or they do some
2hr training in their region office.

Tdog...wass up buddy..was popping...i guess ur right ..who knows ...who get training or not but i cant woorry about that anymore...we just have to tried a little harder in the field to get our ???? ...i always found some satisfaction with the hotline staff...base on the postings..i guess ...i was a lucky one!
