Does anyone have this system hooked up and running? Were having problem with them going off line overnight and having to reboot them ever moring. Both Kyocera and Equitrac are giving use the run around.

I have one hooked up at a lawyer's office but the equitrac guy came out and installed it. It is hooked up to a km5050 and stands up off the floor about 3 ft. They used to have one that just was sitting on the counter. Both connected through the key counter connector on side of copier.

I too need to put together something to present to a customer. It concerns hooking an Equitrac up to a 550c. I can't get anyone to tell me anything. Where do I get the interface kit?

aren't there apps for new T/A machines so this is built in?

The last firmware out (6.0) seems to work, the inter face for the pay ststion is the nic card of the machine. If you are doing the key pad next to the machine you have to get that from Equitrac.
