I need to reset all security and old printer settings from a previous customer but I was wondering what would be the best way to clear these values in SP mode without hosing the device.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I believe 5801 will do it or reformat HDD in special service mode, can't remember that code off hand.

clear all (yellow key) once 107 press and hold clear stop key. this will take you into service mode press copy sp.
