Our company has seen a high amount of Savin 3515 and 816 toner hoppers leaking badly. There is no pattern as to how early this will happen as it has been seen on machines in first 90 days and also on machines that have been out for 1 or more years. I can't go by copy counts to gauge this problem. The only fix we have found that works is to replace the toner hopper. Has anyone found a solution? Or do you have a suggestion?
