As a favor to a big customer, we have elected to fix their Ricoh SPC311N color printer. The machine has a fuser code on it that needs to be reset, but we do not know how to get into service mode. We used to be a Ricoh dealer many years back, but none of the methods we used to use on the older Ricoh colors are working on this one. Thanks in advance for your help.

To enter the service system setting;
1. Launch the SOM utility.
