Hi everyone;
Customer called in, said they cant copy, it has a red copy button, They can receive faxes, & confirmation reports. They checked all the doors, ...there is no SC-codes or faults in the display. It has paper, toner, and they turned it off & back on...and even unplugged it for 20 or so min. ..but still has the same red copy button....Any ideas before my trip out there in the morning would be much appreciated.

Well after removing the HDD and Fax, scan, print boards, it still had a red start button....After 2.5 hours in their office checking all switches, sensors, connectors & cleaning it...Someone in the office went into simulation and disabeled the copy function....What an expensive mistake on their part. No one owned up to it, and I wasn't doing it for nothing. I just thought I would follow up and let ya know what the problem was.
