I have this machine, just had a PM 10k ago, leaves a 1 inch streak right down the middle of prints. changed cleaning blade, aux. cleaning blade, drum, still comes back. cleaned inside of waste toner auger under the cleaning blade also. lower frame assy. is cracked, but I have taped the clip on these things, and I haven't had a problem. Checked DV unit, transfer assy. Stopped copy as soon as it left the PCU, not a fuser issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I replaced the lower frame assembly and that was the problem. even the slight crack near the upper left screw through off the allignment enough to just bearly rub the toner off the center of the drum. No damage to the drum.
