Ok guys I have this 4600 giving me the code 51.2K, so I google it and it says the the black laser is bad, I bring it in the shop and tear it apart and I pull the laser out, open it up and the poly motor is stuck,...I remove the board and pop out mirror shaft, clean shaft with scotchbrite pad, clean out the hole and one drop of oil and its working sweet,...reinstall and put back together and when the machine tries to come ready I get a code of 10.10.00 ....so I google that & it says cartridge memory error for the black, but also the yellow is showing empty....what is the deaL HERE, IS IT JUST THAT SIMPLE TO REPLACE THE BLACK & THE YELLOW? Or am I getting into something I don't want to get in to?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have also swapped out the black into another slot with no difference.....any suggestions?

10.10.00 is a defective CRUM chip on the black cartridge. Just swap out the cartridge. =^..^=
