We tinker a little with HP's (mainly the 4300 series). That seems to be the most popular in small to medium office environments. But I don't have much insight on them.

Big Grin I think it's pretty kewl, everything I know about HP is self taught/trial and error. It would be nice to hear from someone who has recieved formal HP training when I run into an odd problem, but most of them are straight forward problems.

Beware of what you are becoming while on the road to what you want.

Trust me you are missing nothing, formal HP training is all on the web, yawn. The best tech support for HP is from PartsNow! And they even offer real classroom training.
