This may be easy to fix but can't figure it out. When you send a print job if the machine is on the sleep mode it won't print unless you turn the machine off and on.Any suggetions?

The first and most important thing to do is make sure the firmware levels are up-to-date on the machine. I have seen several occasions where firmware fixed this type issue.

We upgraded the firmware to the latest levels, it did not work then changed the engine pcb,main board print and scan systems all new installed still same problem but it only does it first thing in the morning. you have to turn the machine on and off it works and rest of the day. The next morning same problem.can it be a bug in their network.Something is droping the signal when the machine comes off the sleep.
