We are trying to set up virtual mailboxes for a 6330, but the emps option is missing from the printer panel on the machine. I work mainly on the software end, so am at a loss. Is there a setting that needs to be added?

Disregard this post, just discovered that the sales rep didn't add the optional hard drive--problem solved!
