We have a CS-5035 with a problem printing. When Users try to print it they have to goto the machine and power it down then back on to get it to print. I'm sorry if this supposed to be in connectivity. I will also post it in there

Think may need more information on this one. Any errors at computers or messages at the copier? Can you see web screen from NIC or ping it? If using DHCP for address try a static one.
