crooked scans from scan to PC

Customer has KM-6030 and 2525e,both machines print and copy fine but when she scans to PC from either machine they appear crooked.Firmware is updated,any suggestions?

Are you sure it prints straight?

I've seen machines that a tech adjusts for original image skew by skewing the prints.


Relax? When?!

Ya, never fails to make me laugh when a tech arranges for the DF to be straight, but is compensating for a machine skew. Wacko
