When a document is placed in the feeder portrait and faxed the reciveing end has the bottom of the page cut off. When it is placed in the feeder landscape the image is trasmitted correctly. Is this a setting in the fax or copier part? | ||

Wouldn't it be the receiving fax that needs to be able to "turn" the image upon receiving? Especially if it's an older fax. That's what we tell customers...even if it's not true, they accept that as an explanation. | |||
