Is there any way to have a 520i scan to a stand alone computer? The customers IT people say no, just want to make sure. Thanks.

Uhmmm, you can always use USB and make it a "pull" scanner. Can't think of another way besides a cross over cable. When you say "stand alone" PC, I assume you mean no network connection.

Hmm, perhaps adding a hub/switch between the copier and computer to create a network.
