Hello Fellas I have a KM-5035 that is connected to a server(win2000). The printing of a test page comes out compressed, the excel printing is reduced to about 25% and the driver at the end user does not allow the user to select the paper tray they want(actually that tab is grayed out). New install for them and a but headache for me.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
