customer has an hp computer with 256meg mem and 80gig hd xp/home. the computer is p2p using 5 port switch. using m/s publisher they have a 99 meg (12 pages) 11x17 duplexed newsletter. this newsletter is full of digital pictures on all odd numbered pages. they are using a km-830c copier with 256 meg on print sys and hd4. when job is sent to km830 processing begins and the first duplexed page will eventually print. the copier says processing and when looking at the print driver it will process until it gets to 33 meg and you will get a "failure to print message" on the computer. multiple sets are not being attempted. only 1 set. other smaller projects print fine.

have checkd frpo commands and am assured they are correct. have tried kpdl auto at printer and driver (also pcl5c at both). hot line says will have to process in stages. customer doesnt buy this. any suggestions?
