Make sure that nobody accidently changed the PDL in the driver. The only way I have ever gotten mixed sizes to print was with using the KPDL setting with "Allow Data Passthrough" unchecked. I regularly install multiple print drivers to the same device with different setting to the KPDL cause you can't expect the customer to remember where and what to change in the driver settings.

I agree about the odd size PDFs. We have one customer and they are an engineering/design company with a Voyager and they receive PDFs of drawings from other countries which are always in strange sizes. They have to use and Adobe program to convert the drawing size over to something useful first. They love being able to print out the mixed sizes for their shoptec program though that produces drawings on ledger size paper and materials lists on letter. I was able to do some driver tweeking for them so that it even staples the entire pack together in the upper left corner.

Also there is a checkbox when the window pops up for printing that says "Choose paper source by paper size". If this is checked and the Ledger isn't EXACTLY 11x17, it will prompt you to over ride. Z
No HOPE, just BROKE. Anyone else - 2012
