Have been having a number of problems with the 30/40/5035 machines in the field that are connected with print/scan. Have had 4 machines in the last 4 weeks that we install and connect on customer's network, get a call within a week or two that they can no longer print. When we look at the machine, it either hangs in self-test, hangs in processing, or simply won't accept a job or allow access to the NIC's web interface even though you can still Ping. We have been swapping out print systems to accomodate, so far so good, but it is simply happening too often. Before the machines leave our warehouse, we update the machine, print system, and NIC firmware to the latest and greatest. Our devices are all on surge protectors, power and data, I can't think of anything else that could be causing this. Has anyone else had bad experiences with the print systems for the 30/40/5035s? Just looking for input and opinions from experience.
Thanks,

swapping print systems wont work, turn the machine off and on every few days will, the print systems run out of user memory(run status page after doing some printing It gets less and less available and never releases the memory after printing. Turnin off and on will bring it back for a while. this seems to be a bug...
