Hi,
did print sys (u) upgrade to 146.13 on two KM 5035's. One went fine, the second did not.Now shows C0260 code. I've read all the solutions in the forums and the procedures don't do anything. Appears to have messed up the DIMM. I know this because I can take the bad DIMM out and put a good DIMM in and it will print. I also know what I did wrong, I put the CF card in with the five files and latest firmware and it started uploading, I was yaking with the customer and wasn't paying attention. Noticed the display now said READY TO COPY , so I pulled the card out. Wasn't done uploading. Note to self: always press PRINTER button on copier to verify that the printer had finished uploading.
Anyway, does anybody know the part number for the DIMM on print sys (u) so I can order a new one? Not a dealer anymore,so can't send it away.
