Anyone had any dealings with this program from hell? I have not seen it yet until today . It runs in WinXP not web based. The problem is it won't duplex certain documents that need to be two sided (like privacy statements). I tried the KX driver with all pdl's, mini driver, hp drivers.

their website may give you a hint.here..look at the 5th screen shot.(print buyers guide). the application is controlling it and over-riding information. It is a program issue, not machine driver issue.

furn, thanks for the reply, I downloaded the 15 day free trial last night and saw that the application is set up like a one sided to two sided printer (where you have to pause and turn over the sheet) rather than an actual duplexer. It's a POS - not point of sale, either.
