Any body can help me how to put the path for smb scan to network shared drive folder? i tried all kyocera tech support ways it didnot work, even the IT guys disappointed , all the server information and the setting are right but we couldnot make it work! please any suggestion about the path, and if we need to put the administrator user and the password of the server or it could be any user and password?

Question:
please help scan to shared driver folder on the server?

Choices:
smb scan problem
path problem

First things first. A mapped network drive does not exist physically on a PC. You must scan to a physical hard disk on a PC, not a mapped network drive. It will not work otherwise. You have to find out which PC the mapped drive is mapped to, and scan directly to that PC. If it is a network-attached hard disk device and not a PC, you may need to check if the device allows FTP communication instead and use that method.
