has anyone run into problems using the grading part of this software? i get bar code scan errors on a 520i. i have flashed to the current level cleaned optics centered the doc feed and trays center line tried differant paper. I have the scanner test chart on order to cal the ccd. I have loaded up the trial version on other 520 and dont have this problem. Any help would be appreciated as we have sold this one and it wont work right!!! kma has been no help!
