im having CFB31 problems in a Cs3060, already upgraded firmware and the problem still there, next step is to change the memory and format the hdd (thanks you dnet-km and techs), my question is, what data is loss formatting the Hdd?
i will back up sim 917 (address book etc...)
by the way kyocera needs a better way to back up the data than the usb way

Assume everything not listed in 917 will be lost. I like the USB. with dozens of fax contacts, etc its a real time saver

Ya, and don't forget 917 does not back up SMTP settings. Take screen shots of the server settings and save them.

On some machines, printing out the Network Report will show you the SMTP settings. Not that it helps on a machine giving you a CFB31...
