Anyone have any information on how to make a "Copitrak Eclipse" unit be able to track "private" prints on a Kyocera km-c4035e??

I have it working to track copies, but cannot figure out how to get it to track jobs that are stored on the hard drive and printed on demand.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
