We have installed the Fax Address Book on the PC used by an attorney. We attempted to import his Outlook contact list -- after taking the info into an xls spreadsheet, followed by saving the file as a csv. The importing did not work -- and I was told that the size limit for the csv is 1000 names. So, the file was reduced and imported. So far, so good. But the customer added more names to the list and EVERYTHING vanished from the address book (according to him). Is the TOTAL size of the address book limited to 1,000 names? What have you done for accounts that need more than 1,000 fax numbers? Help!

The manual may say 3,000 but I saw with my own eyes what happened when we tried to import a csv file with more than 1,000 names/fax numbers. We just downloaded the network fax address book version 1.2.2 from KMA Connect and will see what happens. I think the version on the CD was 1.2.3. Don't know if that is correct but it is our last resort.
