Having problem printing Word templates to a KM 2030 in Mac OSX. It will just print out a blank page. If I save it as a .doc instead of template it prints fine. Also the generic driver in mac prints fine as well but dosen't have duplex option.

Had a problem printing to a 2030 from Word in OSX, OS9 worked fine on same network, I updated print system firmware and it took care of the problem. MAC has a hard time supporting different vendor print drivers lots of people were upset when OS10 came out because there were many of their own customers not able to print due to lack of drivers. You may have to tweak the KX driver.

there is firmware for the km2030 and the print system for mac os-x issues..check it, just cause the machine is new out of box, the firmware may be quite old..hope this helps
