We just set up this utility in an account that has a mix of machines -- 4035, 2550 and 2050 -- all with print/scan & fax. Using the info in the Software Solutions Tech Bulletin #14, we were able add the 4035 by using the administrator code from the tech bulletin. But the code for the 2050 doesn't work. Does anyone know of another code for that model or the 2550?
