hello, we just sold a fs9530dn and the client would like to add a back cover page (blank) that is pulled from the MP tray (heavy paper)to the end of a 40 page print job and the driver will not do this. he will printing 3-4 hundred copies per run. is there a simple prescribe command that can accomplish this?

I think it would take me more than an hour to come up with a Prescribe solution to that, and that would normally be billable time from my company.

My quick suggestion would be to add a blank page to the end of the printed document, then use the page insert feature of the driver.

Put a banner page on the print driver, simple and it will work.
