I have an operator who uses the VMBs alot, with multiple users. The latest print drivers are being used and are presenting a problem that the old ver did not. The trouble is whenever a VMB action is taken from the webpage such as changing a name or deleting jobs. The users have to put in their mailbox ID number once after any changes are being made. With multiple users and multiple changes being made each week it has become an irritant to them. Any ideas?

Reinstall the old print drivers and wait for the next driver series update.
