When I try to print from Adobe iDesign in a Windows XP environment, it prints out:
ERROR: typecheck OFFENDING COMMAND: get STACK: /GlyphDirectory and a bunch of nonsense. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Any suggestions? |

It is a PS (post-script) error. Try converting the file to PDF and printing from acrobat. It may be an acceptable work around. Solution: Convert your document to a PDF file, and then print from Adobe Acrobat. Instructions: 1. Choose File > Export (InDesign) or File >Save As (Illustrator). 2. Specify a name and location for the file. 3. From the Format menu, choose Adobe PDF, and then click Save. 4. In the Export Adobe PDF dialog box, do one or more of the following: -- Choose a preset from the Adobe PDF Preset menu. -- Select a category from the list on the left of the dialog box, and then set custom options. -- Choose appropriate Standard and Compatibility settings. 5. Click Save. 6. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader and print to your printer. Also... See if this helps <--- It explains PS errors and what causes them.
