I have a 2030 that has the bypass set to a custom size (11.7x17.0) for printing and for the life of me I am unable to find out how to change it.

Should be the same place you set custom size for copying also.

I think I remember pressing/holding the paper select key until a menu appears on the display for the bypass. If that's wrong it's in the */Language menu.

You are correct you do press and hold the paper select key. I checked that and it was normal but when you browse to the NIC it shows custom for the MPT and the status page shows 11.7x17.

Using Word the only time I can get it to pull from the bypass while printing is if I format the paper size to 11x17 paper, otherwise it will pull from the cassette even if I select the bypass from the printer driver properties.
