I have a customer with several windows 2000 pro boxs and two XP boxs. Some of the 2000 and one of the xp boxs the install for the network fax driver gets to the end and it gives a pop up saying the install failed with no reason and to try again. The one the install worked on and did not work on I can not find any difference in service packs or anti virus. Tried using driver deleater and reinstalling and get same thing.

This could be a rights issue. Are you certain you are logged on as a local administrator?

Thanks for the thoughts. We did look at rights issues. I had a suggestion to try an older driver and it worked out just fine. The one I happened to use was a KM-2530 network fax driver.
