I'm trying to use address editor for fax but when I try to search for NW-Fax, it can not find one. Network fax is working and everything is running fine but only coonecting to NW-Fax using the editor. What I noticed is when i use address editor for scan it connect. Is there any suggestions..Thanks for everybody

It doesn't work with all NW-Fax systems. The KM-C2630 is a notable system that is not compatible.

What model are you trying to connect to?

Something else to check is go into maintenance mode and check the destination of the machine.

I think its sim 265. Most of the Northamerican apps will not detect the machine if destination is set to anything but 2.
